What do you like about RealYields as a marketing platform?
I would have to say presenting transparency to our buyers is the greatest asset. Yes, it was very easy to get started and I was surprised how quickly I could load my properties in and market them for sale. We can analyze 10 properties in four minutes and syndicate... them to Zillow, Trulia, Oodle and Vast which make up 90% of the online classified real estate market. We customized our listing page to match our brand and we integrate all listings right onto our website. Do you see RealYields being used as a viable educational tool?
It’s a great teaching application. I can have my students simulate real-life scenarios in RealYields and tell me what is happening... financially and why it’s relevant.

For example, I might say, “if the property ends up renting for 10% less, the vacancy is a bit higher, and has a locked interest rate of 7% instead of 5%; what happens to your cash flow, debt coverage ratio and cash on cash returns? Then, I ask a more relevant question, “Do you still do the deal?” Why?
